Using the site
The games are provided free for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to break the site or its servers;
- submit falsified scores, automate gameplay, or otherwise cheat the leaderboards;
- use offensive, infringing, or identifying content as a leaderboard nickname;
- copy, scrape, or redistribute the site's code or content except as allowed below.
We may remove leaderboard entries, or restrict access, where these terms are broken.
Leaderboards & fair play
Leaderboards are meant to be fun. Scores that appear automated, manipulated, or impossible may be removed at our discretion. We make no guarantee that every entry is genuine.
Intellectual property
The games on VECTRO ARCADE are original works inspired by the retro arcade genre. Names of classic arcade titles, where used, refer to the genre and are the property of their respective owners; we do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by them. The site's code, artwork and text are owned by us unless stated otherwise.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and progress will always be preserved. Local game data is stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
